....I have ever stayed at in my entire life! First of all, the rooms were dirty and smelled bad, the staff are the most unprofessional and incompetent staff I've ever encountered. They never know what they're doing. Room service food was nauseating.

The pool temp was warm; great for kids.The carpet is getting old; there was dust and dirt under and behind the bed. Very pleasant atmosphere, lobby was clean, modern - upscale. The rooms we had need a good a cleaning but were passable.
