Tow out of the three days we stayed, we didn't receive housekeeping services. We were gone for most of the day and I had to call in the evenings to request service! They sent a porter to drop off some towels and they didn't take the dirty towels! ...

The service at this hotel was not just bad - it was HORRIBLE. Our room wasn't cleaned on the majority of the days and their reason was because we had the DND on the door while we showered in the a.m. and housekeeping would pass us by and get too...

This hotel was immaculately cleaned.Not a thing. This hotel was not only very clean but it was located in a very good place. There were restaurants and shopping close by and for someone not familiar with the area at all everything was right there....
