We found a $30.00 off coupon at the visitor center so we picked this hotel over other cheaper ones. We gave the coupon to the clerk when we checked in, she actually clipped it for us, and when we left we were told that they did not have our coupon and told us that we had to make sure that they took the coupon and clipped it to the correct piece of paper and filed it. I did not realize I had to take a training course to stay in a hotel. An apology would have been nice, but we did get the $30.00 off. Otherwise the kids ate free, they loved the pool, we slept well and were quite satisfied.
