32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Hotel did not honor price quoted when booked....even though it was confirmed with credit card. It was a very busy weekend. They sold my room to someone else at a higher rate than they had booked mine, canceling my reservation without my knowledge. When I showed up, they found rooms for my party, BUT charged us more than double what was quoted. They manager has refused to make it right, as has Holiday Inn Customer Service. Beware of the poor service and management of this property!
Over-all my stays at this hotel have been positive. The folks at the front desk are nice, the rooms clean & fairly well maintained. We did have a little problem when the fire alarms went off several times during one of our stays. Being rudely ...

It's in a good location for us, midpoint of a long trip. It's usually comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is pretty good. Their prices are usually good but sometimes they want to charge a lot. The staff is sometimes less than welcoming.
The mattress seemed to be new and was more enjoyable than most motels.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Winnemucca.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
We started our stay in a standard room which was very small, but upgraded to a suite which was huge. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety. The hotel has complimentary internet access, but though we tried we were not able to connect to it....
