Good
Great place to stay, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk people on check in could improve a bit in friendliness. We have found Holiday Inn Express to be very consistant in all locations that we have stayed.
We have stayed at others when we visit our son, but when we found this hotel, it was very clean, friendly staff, and afforable. Location is great as...

44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We have stayed at this hotel many times before but recently they changed their policy on accepting pets in the rooms. We were not aware of the change when we made the reservation. When we made our reservation on the website we mentioned that we would be having a small dog with us but the hotel did not get the message. As we were getting ready to leave management called us to let us know they would be charging us one hundred and fifty dollars for having the dog with us. They never did actually charge us for it but the experience was enough to discourage us from going there again.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Wichita.
I would not recommend it to friends.
