Okay
This Holiday Inn is just okay. My family stayed here recently and we thought it was all right but we probably won't go back to this particular location.
The staff was very nice, the rooms are well maintained, and the dining area was spotless. With hot soup in the afternoon and a wonderful selection at breakfast the girls were happy and so was I.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. When we arrived we went to our room which was marked non-smoking. However, the room had at one point been a smoking room and still smelled. Also, the water pressure in the showers was variable depending on if people around us were also showering.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Whitefish-Glacier Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

I like the accessibility to Kalispell Airport and Glacier National Park. I had easy check in and check out. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants. It is a tad overpriced.

I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express just last month. The location was great because we were snowboarding at Big Mountain. However your employee's were very rude. We stayed for 3 days and our room was never cleaned. The lady at the front desk was ...

Horrible
Staff was quite rude. Management and housekeeping fighting.Rooms not cleaned daily. Skip the free breakfest.Rooms small as is the staff in dealing with customers.Don't waste your time or money on this...

They greeted us on entry. They asked if they could be of help, and visited with us about our stay. They remedied a mix-up in the room billing without delay.
