The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast was well stocked and it had a good variety of items, from cereal and fresh fruit to donuts and bagels. There was milk and apple and orange juices for beverages along with the coffee. Additionally, the room was comfortable and very well cleaned each day.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff treated me and my family as valued customers. When my children asked for something at breakfast, the staff was very responsive. And when our room keys gave us trouble, they fixed the problem on the spot, with a smile and an apology.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express West Point.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was friendly and efficient with a can-do attitude. When we had a problem with our room, they fixed it promptly. The reservations were handled professionally, with no problems in booking, check-in, or check-out.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was set up for optimum space usage. The furniture was in excellent condition and the beds were enjoyable.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express West Point.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I thought it was ok, I have been to places a lot nicer but the stay was pleasant.
