44 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

We had excellent hotel accommodations. However, the lone clerk at check-out was extremely inexperienced and had to make several calls for assistance to complete the process, which took over an hour.

This hotel made me feel secure: Exterior access is via card key after hours. There are several locks on room doors. There are personnel at the front desk in the lobby during the night.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express West Plains.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel important: I felt respected there because the front desk staff knew who we were when we walked in the door, and greeted us by name on each return.
