48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The reservation was made 11 months prior to a major sporting event and the rate was guaranteed. 2 rooms were reserved. The hotel called approximately 2 weeks prior to the stay and attempted to increase the guaranteed rate. They stated there was a 'mistake".

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Waterford.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
