Holiday Inn Express Waterford Hotel

It was fine and close to my meeting site.

This property had very comfortable rooms and other amenities. Because of our convention responsibilities, we did not have time to take advantage of the pool or workout room. The breakfast presentation was quite good as well. The staff seemed to know what they were about and were friendly. I would recommend this property and stay there again in the future.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff had our reservation information in hand when we arrived. We got a room on the ground floor as we requested. The staff was helpful when we had questions.

They had an accommodating staff that was friendly. I was put into a non-smoking room when I had requested a smoking room. I was able to change rooms without trouble.

It was an average hotel.

The front desk staff was rude, the price was not what I was told over the phone, the beds were smaller than they were supposed to be, the pool was ice cold, and the breakfast wasn't very good!
