68 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I found it to be a very pleasant surprise. It was clean and modern. The only problem we had is when the drape rod collapsed. They sent someone to repair it within ten minutes of the call. The continental breakfast was good. I definitely would recommend this site.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Each time I had a question they were helpful and cordial.

Everything was nice. I was traveling with my daughter and family who stayed there because they had enough points for a free room. The hotel's location was convenient.

59 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was clean, centrally located and fairly reasonably priced. The problem was an initial misunderstanding about the type of bed. The bed was too small. I got a replacement room at a slightly higher cost.

The price was good, breakfast was adequate, and parking was good. But the hotel is a bit difficult to find.

28 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I liked this hotel's proximity to my training sessions and to downtown Boston. It was very easy to get on the freeway and go either direction to get downtown (avoiding rush hour traffic in both directions).

I had stayed there previously and it was convenient to where I wanted to be. It has satisfactory accommodations. I used it to gain points for future free nights.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was quiet. It had calm colors. The bed was just right. The lighting was good for reading.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The facility was new and had new furnishings in lobby and elsewhere. The atmosphere was not typical of the Holiday Inn Express facilities that I was accustomed to.

We like this because it's casual and when traveling with four children, you look for casual!

The biggest complaint I have was that the front desk agent didn't know anything about their wireless internet access. I needed a room where I could get a signal and at first she put me in a room where had no signal at all. I had to change rooms twice.

This hotel made me feel respected: The receptionist/clerk was friendly and efficient, and responsive to our request for a room site (i.e., away from the roadways).
