Courteous staff. Professional looking. Will be good for the business traveler on a budget. Right next to Courtyard Marriott and right off the 90 freeway.

It was centrally located for all my needs. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was comfortable and inviting.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I loved the richness of the rooms and the bedding. I also liked the thickness of the towels and the comfort in the shower.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Waltham.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
