This hotel’s strong feature was the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of services that is very hard to get at midsize hotels these days. The amenities met all my expectations, especially the new mattress/bedding collection which was installed in all the rooms.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Tomball.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The price they charge is way over the value for the room. They also charged too much for pets to stay that are a service animal.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Tomball.
I would not recommend it to friends.
