The room was very comfortable. It was clean and neat.

The bed was very nice, cozy even. I liked how they had different types of pillows (soft vs. firm). The shower was roomy and had good water pressure. The continental breakfast wasn't that exciting. (Don’t try the eggs. Seriously, just don't.) The have a decent selection of fruit though.

All in all, it was very comfortable

All areas of concern were taken care of with professionalism, and courtesy. I would stay at any Holiday Inn Express anytime I'm out of town on business or pleasure. I look forward to staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels because of the comfortable beds and clean rooms. I also like the continental breakfasts, but would like a few more healthy options as in organic.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The heating and air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk presented us with a snacks bag, and there were fruit and cookies available at the desk when we checked in. It was a nice touch.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook.
I might recommend it to friends.
