The hotel was great. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We look forward to going there again. Very friendly staff.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: We were welcomed with a goody bag. The reservation person was cheerful and pleasant.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Springfield.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Their pick up service at the train station once you called for a pick up was very slow and calls were lost and had to be remade.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Springfield.

The room assigned to us was very small even though we reserved a room with two queen sized beds. We have stayed at the same place on two previous visits and did not have this problem.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Springfield.
