60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

Everything was fine and we had no complaints. We will stay there again.

This hotel made me feel important: I enjoyed the courtesy of the front desk staff. People in the south still have manners. It was always Sir, thank you, etc.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Spring Lake.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They had friendly service and the room was clean.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It is acceptable and better than most at that price.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Spring Lake.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Our decision to stay was a last minute one. While we were being waited on, the hotel sold out. We were so happy to be able to even have a room that late at night, and on such short notice.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because our room had a Jacuzzi tub in the room.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Spring Lake.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
