We arrived late and we were not made to feel like we were putting them out. They made sure we had everything we needed and that we knew what time the breakfast would be served.

We had secured late arrival, we did arrive very late, and they were very gracious and accommodating, checking to be sure we had everything we needed and that we knew when they would be serving breakfast, etc. This is very much appreciated when you are tired from a long drive.

We have to go into Spokane for medical reasons twice per year and we always stay here. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly! The continental breakfast is great and the time we spend here is a welcome break from our medical routine. Thanks for the awesome break! They also have a great library and lots of games available to help pass the time.

This hotel is always clean and it is a nice place to stay. We got the state rate last time and saved a bundle. Very friendly staff. They have wireless internet access too. All non-smoking which is...

Even though we got there after 10 PM and with an extra child guest, we were still welcomed. And the lady at the desk went out of her way to take care of us.
