I have stayed here various times. The service is always great -- clean rooms, pleasant staff, great pool and exercise room.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Spartanburg.

For minimum service, room space, etc. (it is Holiday Inn Express), the $76 per night charge was excessive -- especially compared to Days Inn, etc.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Spartanburg.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel important: When they were telling me about upgrading my room and cost, and they were really nice and helpful. When I called and asked for directions, if the desk clerk didn't know, she would find out and call me back within 10 minutes.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Spartanburg.
