the hotel was newly remodelled great lobby area and the staff were very helpful. the area is very quiet and away from all the busy traffic on goodman road. i will be returning back to that hotel in the future
The rooms in this hotel are very nice. They are top quality. The beds have temperpedic mattresses and they are great. The only problem we encountered was that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Evidently, the room above us was a smoking room...
I really enjoyed the stay here. Despite the town, the hotel made the stay bareable. The staff was most helpful. My room was clean. If I ever have to go back I will stay again.

Our family stayed at this location March 23,2007 & March 24,2007 and had a nice stay. Ammenities we had included clean rooms, a large shower head with good water pressure and plenty of hot water, the beds were WONDERFUL! Firm thick mattresses,...

I liked the beautiful building and the common areas of the hotel. The front desk staff was very unresponsive and not at all helpful. The rooms were not clean.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Southaven (Memphis Intl Arpt).
I might recommend it to friends.

Okay
Fairly typical Holiday Inn, however Memphis Intl changes their flight plan at 3 AM and planes start flying over. That and the walls are paper thin. They have high speed internet but you need to bring your own ethernet cable since the wireless only...
