I enjoy my stays at Holiday Inn Express Hotels. They are competitively priced and the service is good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They have a friendly staff that always smiled, the front desk answered calls after only one or two rings.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express South Charleston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a nice place to stay, in a great location very close to shopping and dining. The room we had was nice -- it was a jacuzzi suite. The bed was just very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express South Charleston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
