Holiday Inn Express Sault Ste Marie Hotel - Page 1

We usually try to stay at Holiday Inns when traveling and this is the reason why....The desk staff was awesome (Joe). They helped with directions and helped when a problem arose....nice clean rooms, pools and a good breakfast...kid friendly!

I always stay at a Holiday Inn hotel whenever I have the option. The hotel staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the cleanliness of the facilities is impeccable. The decor is never old or dated and I feel as though I am staying in a much more expensive location.

This hotel made me feel respected: The hotel staff is very good about not looking down on the customers and they seem happy to answer even the most absurd questions.

The hotel was situated right where we had to be. It was clean and had comfortable rooms and the service was as to be expected. The complimentary morning breakfast was very good.

We stayed at several Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Michigan during our August trip, but the Sault St. Marie hotel was by far the best and most accommodating. The front desk staff was particularly helpful and made our stay in the hotel and in the area most satisfying. I highly recommend this particular hotel.

This hotel made me feel important: They were always available and answered each question about the hotel and the area, very, very completely. They made me feel that my wife and I were their main concern.
