59 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

Upon check in I asked if I could store my bag for the following day after check out and was told that I could. However, when I checked out the following morning the "manager" on duty refused to store my bag. In my experience, the temporary storage of guest's bags is a basic service of every hotel. As a result I had to drag my luggage into a taxi and keep it with me during the day.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express San Pablo.
I would not recommend it to friends.

50 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel is really convenient to the highway with very easy access. It is very clean and also has a nice express breakfast.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express San Pablo.
I might recommend it to friends.

32 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location was perfect, it is a very beautiful hotel, very comfortable, and affordable. It is close to highway access, shopping and restaurants.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express San Pablo.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
