The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was super.Nothing I liked the hotel. Staff was welcoming. I needed a ground floor room and there was not problem with that as one was available, no hassles. The room was very clean, good amenities,...
Although the hotel was clean and in a convenient location - the backache received while staying there for only one night was awful! The beds are extremely hard and you will be guaranteed to wake up with a lower back ache......which for me lasted 2...

It’s hard to find. It has an excellent front desk check in service. The room was large and clean. It had good TV channel selection and WiFi and hard wired high-speed internet connections.
The welcome package at check in was entirely unexpected, and a much better treat than any other hotel that I have stayed at. Also a complimentary room upgrade to a whirlpool.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express San Jose-Central City.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
