This hotel is a safe, clean place to stay. I would recommend this for families as well as singles.

While not perfect (not within walking distance of restaurants/shopping), it was a good value for the money. The hotel was not huge, but not too small (which is good for us). We liked the clean room of a good size and the easy parking. We would stay there again.

I loved the hotel's location although it was difficult to find the entrance to parking.

I have read the reviews here, and I have to say I honestly don't know what people expect for their money. It was an excellent price, and a great location. It was a $4.00 taxi ride to and from the heart of the Gaslamp District, it walking distance but I had a knee surgery.
They had excellent cleanliness, and the rooms more up to standards than I expected. From the sounds of the reviews I thought I was in for a horror hotel. But it was fantastic. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower head was wonderful in the morning. I will make sure to stay there again for our next Gaslamp venture. It was way worth the money! I slept like a log!

I was very impressed with how helpful and kind everyone was. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy.
This hotel made me feel excited: They allowed the kids and I to stay in one room rather than having to get two.

The toilet leaked and I had to fix it 'cause no one was ever sent up. The room was next to the elevator. The room was noisy and not ready when we arrived at 4 in the afternoon. There should be a breakfast for this price.
