Holiday Inn Express San Diego Hotel

The hotel is in a fantastic location. I stay there every time we go to SD, at least once a year.

The hotel was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel staff was courteous but did not go out of their way to make the stay pleasant. The hotel was very old and the rooms were ordinary. It was however located in a good spot for visiting the Old Town area.

I really liked this hotel. It was in a good location. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave me directions to where we wanted to go as well as advice about places to see.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was comfortable, safe, and that made me feel at ease. I wasn't frightened or worried. I felt safe which made me feel good.
