59 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel is typical and predictable. My advice is to not stay on the side that fronts the interstate as it is too noisy.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Rockwall.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This reservation was made and used only because our regular and favorite hotel was full and not available. We do not prefer this hotel at all.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Rockwall.
I would not recommend it to friends.

59 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime I had a request it was taken care of immediately. The staff in the breakfast room kept everything filled and kept the room clean and inviting.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They obviously cared whether or not I was happy with my stay there.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Rockwall.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I love it because there is an indoor pool, but it wasn't warm enough, so I enjoyed the hot tub instead. I don't know why hotels have indoor pools and then not keep them warm enough. It is a very nice hotel except for that, and we love staying there.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The office clerk was so nice and helpful as my family kept needing things such as extra towels and toothpaste. He never seemed as if he was bothered and enjoyed just talking to us when he was not busy.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Rockwall.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
