Now I was only there for one night, and I checked in late, but the hotel was clean and quiet. My room was in the back and on the first floor, so once cars started leaving, and the laundrey room got into swing there was some noise, but I was already

I stayed here and thought the place was a nice place from the outsides and the lobby. To my surprise, the hotel is infested to me what seems like bed bugs. I awoke with bites all over my legs and arms. When I asked the front desk clerk, she blew me off and the manager just said that was impossible and it was in my head! I left and reported it to the local health department. Of course they do nothing as they see it as a nice place. Go figure. To top it off, My room smelled like grease as the restaurant next door was pushing the exhaust into my room somehow or the person next door was cooking something and it was leaking into my rooms. Dirty towels as well. AVOID THIS PLACE!

This hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff went out of their way to accommodate ourselves as well as our family. I recommend it highly to anyone staying in the Rochester, New York area.
They respected special requests of ours and of our family members and they did so without question or complaint. They were always happy to help us feel at home.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Rochester.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My husband made the mistake of using the lobby computer room to check his banking account.
Once home from Michigan we got a call from the bank that someone (perhaps foreign) was trying to get into our online banking account. Then 5 fraudulent checks were written on our account. The investigation is still pending.
But I have called this hotel to alert them and am warning you, we learned the hard way, never trust a common computer!

Excellent
This hotel is one of the nicest small hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was fantastic and very accomandating. Very clean, bedding and room was quiet. Looking forward to staying there again on my next visit to Rochester.
