Horrible
MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE LACKING..
NO HOT WATER...ROOMS NOT SO GREAT..NEEDY OF ATTENTION AND CLEANING...SMOKE FILLED ROOMS...AND I AM A SMOKER BUT THIS WAS TOO MUCH FOR ME.....

Excellent
42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I like the cleanliness and having a king bed with a regular chair or sofa in the room.
I am
very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Richmond NW @ I64.
I
would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
58 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was very expensive and was in need of renovations.
It was late and we didn't want to travel any further so we paid more than we normally would.
I am
not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Richmond NW @ I64.
I
would not recommend it to friends.
