I enjoyed the great customer service they provided. There were some instances when I called to the front desk but no one picked up. However, when I went to the front desk they were more than happy to assist me with whatever I neeeded.
My boyfriend lost his phone and someone brought it to the front desk, which was great. I would recommend that this is a great hotel to stay with great customer services. The housekeeping services were great as well even though they seemed to not speak english or understand english clearly.
Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice, comfortable place to stay. Thank you for your services!!

Excellent
We stayed her for two nights while attending the Raleigh Fair. It was easy access to restaurants and down town. This hotel was extremely clean. The area was quiet. I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing that I didn't like was that I was quoted one price over the phone and when i got there I was given another price and that they don't give military...
