We arrived RDU at 5:00 pm and called the hotel for pickup. We were told by the hotel clerk(Lisa) to go to pickup station 11. We went there and waited about 20 minutes and called again and Lisa said she had told the driver Tom to pick us up. Called again 15 minutes later Lisa said he should be there by now. Waited another 10 minutes and called again, and she promised he was on his way. He never arrived and the final call after 1 and 1/2 hours later Lisa said Tom had called in sick. She said she was having Paul from Hampton Inn pick us up. Their driver picked us up as well as another couple with Holiday INN reservations who had waited 20 minutes for a pick up, we went to Holiday Inn Express and asked Lisa to cancel our reservations and registered at Hampton Inn. Apparently Mr Kahn is the manager of the Holiday Inn Express but he wasn't available to report the incident which is the worse service we have experienced in 75 years of travel. You will read more of this incident and view it on Channel 5 news in Seattle and in other reviews.PS IT WAS A 100 DEGREES IN THE SHADE.

The Holiday Inn hotel in Morrisville was fine. They gave us a discount since the whole soccer team was staying there. It was very efficient and just what I expected from the Holiday Inn staff. It was a very good stay!
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Raleigh-Durham Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very well kept. The staff was amiable and helpful. The location was good, close to shopping centers and easy access to major thoroughfares. They have a good continental breakfast.
