In fact they went out of their way to treat me more like a part of their family than a guest. This must be a great place to work because every employee I ran into said hello. The hotel was also really clean and the beds were so comfortable that I slept better than in my own bed at home! I really liked the DVD player in the room (they have a library at the front desk with over 160 titles including the ones that had just been released the previous Tuesday). The also give you a free pass to Bally's Fitness center next door. I was in town for an event at the fairgrounds but the highlight of my visit was the hotel!

It's in a great location, the service is always dependably good, and there are other services close by.

They need a better room prep to check all electrical items.

Our room wasn't ready at 4 PM. They did give us another room and comped it, but it wasn't the room we really wanted.

We spent 21 nights in this hotel while in the process of adopting our daughter in 2005. We enjoyed it so much, that we have plans to return this coming June 2006 for a week, staying at the same hotel.
