Picture looks great, but what we experienced is a ceiling that had water damage, mattresses that were very uncomfortable and out of date, and a roach in the bathroom at 5:00 am. Not the stay I expected. Management would not approve a transfer to a different location even when complaint was logged upon check in. Tried to resolve with priority club, but they can only work with local ownership. Avoid if at all possible.

We were in the hotel due to damage to our house during an ice storm and we were fortunate to get a room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom as I am in a wheelchair. They accommodated our pets as well which was against their policy but due to an emergency situation they were more than good to us. We have only good things to say about the service and the people at the hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: We were extremely comfortable in the hotel, the amenities were great and the staff was more than helpful and professional. We received excellent service.

The promised in room wireless internet connection did not work and the employees could not seem to help. The price was high as well.
