The hotel was very conveniently located for the purpose of our travel: tourism, visiting family, and going to amusement parks. Even though the hotel was still undergoing renovation, it was not obtrusive. The staff was very competent and helpful.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: There was comfortable seating in the room. The hotel had security late night and early in the morning. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate, but right behind a 'sketchy' neighborhood.

This hotel made me feel respected: They made every effort to accommodate us when we realized that our room was a smoking room. They gave us a free upgrade to provide us with a smoke free environment.
