I love the complimentary breakfasts and the hotels are well priced for the quality.

This is an outstanding facility for travelers wishing to use the park and stay that is offered. We traveled to Alaska, leaving our vehicle at the hotel. They have excellent service and transportation to and from the Phoenix airport.

This hotel made me feel practical: We received more than expected for the amount we paid. It was quality for an extremely reasonable price.

A stay in this hotel was just what we needed at the end of a long camping trip. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants, use the pool, and get a good night's sleep and a healthy breakfast before returning to the airport.

I didn't have a good stay. The hotel gave me a room in which the window that didn't close. I told front desk and they sent someone to fix it on the 3rd night. The A/C is on a sensor, so when you sleep the room temp goes to 80 degrees. I know they’re trying to conserve energy, but hotel is in the desert and it gets hot. The staff was OK. The TV was blurry, so I had to watch the World Series at a bar. I told front desk about that also, but no one fixed it. The breakfast had warm milk, it wasn't too appealing. I don't think this hotel is worth the stay. I will not stay here again and will not book anymore of my co-workers here either.

I don't think there was every a time in the past that laughed with the employees of another hotel as much as did with the ones at the holiday inn express. It was a great experience.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They greeted me with a smile and when I asked if my room had a refrigerator as needed one for my medicine , they immediately switched me to a room with a refrigerator.

My last visit my reservation was up-graded to a suite as a guest of the day.
