Okay
This has always been a good hotel as far as the physical hotel is concerned. It has been recently renovated. But the last stay, the service and staff were a dissapontment. They were more interested in smoking outside the front door than in taking...
49 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
I have never been as disappointed with a hotel as with this one. In the past, I have considered Holiday Inn as a chain I could trust for good quality. Not any more!
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Pella.
I would not recommend it to friends.
