Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert Hotel - Page 1

It had the perfect location for exploring the Palm desert area. Everything was close and convenient. I had a nice room which included a chair with ottoman. It was a nice clean looking hotel with nice pool and seating areas outside around the hotel. I will try the Holiday Express hotel again!

This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel only used one entry and exit. It seemed to be in a nice area.

There were no place to sit, no glasses, no channel changer, the walls were dirty, there was no shampoo, some pool tiles were missing, the carpet was torn and the front desk was not helpful.

The hotel was clean and remodeled. They offered excellent free breakfast. The hotel had a helpful, friendly personnel.

This hotel made me feel respected: They offered to help us with dining reservations. They asked more than once if we were ok.

The hotel is conveniently located and it has a friendly staff. It has good parking, a quiet location and nice breakfast.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff tried to satisfy all requests and they did not make you feel you were expecting too much.

The Holiday Inn Express hotels are a great bargain and great places to stay. There is no need to book in advance, but that option is always good especially for busier areas. I am not sure about all of their locations, but the locations I have stayed in have been dog friendly.

This hotel made me feel practical: There is nothing fancy, just a nice place to lay my head and enjoy some quiet time in the evenings after a long business day.
