The hotel was clean and attractive. The lobby area was very pretty. The employees were polite and accommodating. The front desk staff did a good job of giving directions. The room was clean and bright. The pool area was not used by our party, but appeared to be in well-kept condition. There was no ice machine on our floor and that was an inconvenience. All in all it was a good stay.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Orlando.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The breakfast was all carbs. The employees did a good job.

This hotel made me feel respected: When I asked for extra pillows, I received them in a timely manner. When I passed the desk again, I was asked to make sure we had gotten them.

I enjoyed my stay very much. They gave us plenty of towels for the room and the pool. The help was very kind to us.

This hotel made me feel respected: The maid told us where everything was, as did the lady at the reservation desk. Everyone called us "Ma'am."

I always enjoy this hotel firm. I like the breakfast arrangement. That's the main reason we use the hotel. We can get on our way faster and save a little cash.

The hotel is convenient to parks, etc. It provided continental breakfast and hot beverages all day and night. It was not terribly crowded, so there was no wait for services.

I was vas very pleased with the desk personnel since they were having several events and apologized for the little time we had to wait. They also gave a deal on the room since last-minute bookings kept from getting the room requested.
