I'm a Holiday Inn Gold Priority Club member and work International and overseas. I arrived at this hotel at 6am in the morning after a very long drive from Texas bringing my US Marine daughter being stationed her final enlisted year at Fort Pentlleton. Upon arrival, there was only one room available. Two bed, smoking, but was reserved for check in that day. I was told that we would have to switch to one that became available at check out time. Understood with no issues and and also asked about the room rate and check out with us checking in so early in the morning. I was told by reception, with daughter at my side, that we would have a one night price with check out being at 11 am the following morning. I had her repeat for clarification that we both understood what was said. when I returned to the office a liittle after 11 am the same morning in preperation for the room change and was charged a full night rate for the 4.5 hours that we had the room and was being charged again for the room that house keeping was cleaning for change. With little sleep we moved to another hotel.

Excellent
We found this hotel when leaving the Hospital where my daughter in Law was having her baby. The room was large and very clean. I know we will be statying there every time we visit our son.

It was easy to find and not out of the way. It met all of my comfort expectations for the hotel class. It was nice and clean. My interaction with the staff was very satisfactory.
