Holiday Inn Express North Lima Hotel - Page 1

Our reservation was screwed up by an outsourced call center. I read the address of the holiday inn we wanted to stay in to the gent, and he booked us a room 160 miles away. Apparently there is a Lima OH.,and Noth Lima Ohio.

These are not in proximity to each other. At the holiday inn we wanted to stay at I spoke to people who reassured me we would not have a problem, but we did. We were left hanging for hours. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not there. I had a resevation mixup at a Hyatt in Rehoboth, and they upgraded us immedately; They moved us after 2 hrs. of trouble to the room next door literally .

It was an exceptional Holiday Inn Express.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The decor was very tastefully done. More like an upscale hotel than a motel.

I’ve always have had a good experience with the room and continental breakfast the next morning.

The hotel is centrally located for our activities, easy to find, clean, with courteous staff.

The location was convenient for my purposes. The first room did not have the promised high-speed Internet connection. The hotel rectified that by giving us an upgraded room. The second room had to have maintenance unclog the toilet twice. We extended our stay but the front desk messed up the proper documentation. The rooms were spacious, well-kept (except for the toilet problem) and quiet. The hotel provided good accommodations at a good price.
