The location was perfect, just minutes from my son's house. My grandsons loved the pool. The beds were good, not too hard or soft.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were arranged nicely and the bathrooms were well stocked.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express New Haven.
I might recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. The price keeps increasing, but its close to our destination.

There was a dead animal in the parking lot that was not taken care of after they were told about it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people were great and met our needs.

We were originally booked to stay at another hotel, but upon our arrival, we found that the Internet did not accurately portray the other hotel and so we went to find other accommodations. We came across a Holiday Inn Express and were happily surprised to find that they not only had a room for my family on such short notice but that they were extremely helpful in offering to get us extra blankets/pillows or anything else we may have needed.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express New Haven.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
