Construction! One elevator not working at all. Couldn't get in either front door when returning late at night. We used the "complimentary" shuttle one time. The driver was VERY impatient. The next day the shuttle was Out of Order. Last year we paid...

First of all the parking graege is tight, adn you can hardly manivure around in it. After you get in the hotel it is nice. The breakfast was wonderful. However, I stayed in a suite, and there was not a remote for the TV in either room of the suite....
36 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
They had a problem with the door card keys. They kept deactivating for me and my colleagues. And they usually blamed us. Also I did not like the shoe shine guy constantly asking to shine my shoes. The front desk staff was otherwise helpful and always polite.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Nashville-Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
