In the first room the TV did not work. The second room was not cleaned. In the third room the lock on the entry door was broken. It was the Christmas holiday season and the hotel was at maximum capacity.

There was only one staff person. They wouldn't or couldn't bring me a toothbrush. They tried to charge us twice for the rooms when they were already paid for.

The rooms smelly and seemed unclean. Nothing specific, just a general feeling of dirtiness. The towels were stained and the staff was rude, unresponsive, immature.
