The hallways smelled bad. The carpets were dirty and the elevator was in disrepair. The pool was malfunctioning and dirty. The workout room was very sparse. But the front staff was very nice and professional.
This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt comfortable and relaxed. It's a modest hotel that needs some real cleaning. But otherwise, I felt pretty good about my stay.

They're killing the palm trees by over-pruning. The toilet leaked and ran all night, and no repair man came when the front desk was called. No one spoke English! It was shameful that no one spoke English there!
