Holiday Inn Express Monee Hotel - Page 1

When I arrived, I was greeted by Viki with a huge smile! She explained where everything was, including the best places to see Christmas lights locally. Then, in the morning, I enjoyed a quick breakfast. The breakfast area was spotless, and all of the food was fresh. Martha personally greeted everyone and checked to see if they had everything they needed. The hotel, although near the interstate, was very quiet. I can't wait to go there again!

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express was a pretty typical hotel experience. My only complaints were that the TV's remote had been switched to one with less functions, preventing me from hooking up a laptop to view DVDs and that I didn't have a comforter on my rollaway bed. This prevented me from sleeping well.

I enjoyed the great service.

The hotel was slightly hard to find due to some road construction. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful; willing to resolve issues and go above and beyond expectations. I asked if they had any Metra schedules and the desk agent actually went out and got one for me. I ran into some problems with the guest room itself but the staff was happy to move me to another room and see to it that I had everything I needed.
