Holiday Inn Express Monaca Hotel

The location of this facility is wonderful! Less than 1/2 mile to Beaver Valley Mall. Multiple restaurants are in close proximity as well.

Fitness room has a few different pieces of equipment to use. Complimentary breakfast bar in the morning had an average selection. Quality of food was ok. Eggs were kind of rubbery, other items were all single serve items, so it was sort of difficult to mess that up.

Customer service skills of front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. Customers are the last thing on their mind in comparison to their cell phones.

If you plan on swimming, prepare yourself by swimming in a local river in the winter. (there was no heat in the pool)- You may need to bring your own towels for the pool as well- they ran out and weren't sure when they would get more.

It was clean, comfortable, with a courteous staff. It was an enjoyable experience.
