Worst experience I have ever had. Put us in a smoking room even though we were supposedly guaranteed non-smoking, would not let us switch with a smoker and by far the most bizarre incident - they called the police on the woman who checked in before...
The staff was horrible! They screwed up our reservations, the room was dirty, they charged me for two nights when I only stayed one, and the assistant manager was RUDE! No help.
