We had decided to stay at this Holiday Inn based on the price of the first night, what upset us was that the price of the second night ended up being three times the price of the first night.

Great people! And great access to the downtown area.
This hotel made me feel content: Personnel were very friendly as usual. I stay at this hotel often and the employees know me by name. They are always very hospitable.

I like the fact that it's small, no long waits and elevators are never too busy. Only 3 or 4 stories so you can use the stairs if you need to versus some bigger hotels where you stay on the 20th floor.
This hotel made me feel practical: Having breakfast included and being so close to the convention center for my convention was extremely practical while being very convenient.
