Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee Airport Hotel - Page 2

We requested a smoking room and were staying for three days. They said they were booked and couldn't give us the room we reserved.

We had been given a specific type of room and floor when reservation was made but when we checked in we were told that was untrue that reservations never gives specific information nor takes specific requests we were treated like we were lying and had incorrect info, that the hotel didn’t even have that type of accommodation. When we got in the elevator, it was obvious that there were business rooms and accessible only by a key card which is what we had asked for and were advised we would receive when the reservation was made.

It had a friendly atmosphere and a great staff.

We requested a smoking room and we were put in a non smoking room. They said they were full and they could not change it, but they would get back to us about the next two nights, which they never did.

It's a very nice place and conveniently located.

People were very nice and we got to use the water park all to ourselves!

This hotel made me feel entertained: We enjoyed the water park the whole evening. They turned the equipment on just for us and were very nice about it.

The hotel was in a great location for us. It was easy to find and it had nice rooms.

I liked the great location and the good service.
