The hotel is extremely unsafe and dangerous.

We were doing the check in at 9.15 pm, when the employee of the reception insisted us to go breakfast. When we went to breakfast room (which is located in the lobby), 2 people who were there having breakfast and apparently were not passengers of the hotel) stole us the handbag with our belongings, passports, money, credit cards.

There were a third one outside, wainting with the car and fleed fast.

There were no security at all. And nobody of the hotel advertised their presence. That’s very strange.

The manager of the hotel refused to help us, didn’t want to lend us the phone or give us any kind of help.

We suspect that the hotel staff, participated in the attack.

I do not recommend it at all. It is very insecure. The worst experience of my life

15 minutes after we arrived, we were victims of a robbery in the hotel lobby, and we were hurt our bag with passports, money, credit cards and other belongings ..

There was no security and no one blamed the incident.

The hotel manager, Ms Carmela Lariccia treated us very badly:

-- Made us leave the hotel to the police report (to the effect that the other passengers warned not the fact)

- We were refuse by her to make phone calls to the credit cards and the consulate.

-- After beg her, she allowed us to make some calls, for which we were charged 60 U / S.

- After that the manager asked us to go to a shop and buy a phone card to make the rest of calls from a public phone (arguing that it was "cheaper").

- the manager never told us to go into her office and leave us standing for 2 hours in a state of shock that we were.

- never told us to phone to 411 to find out the phone Visa and American Express, and we had to call our country to find out that number

This happened as soon as we arrived to Miami

We suspect that the hotel staff "identified" us to the criminals. There were 2 thiefs inside the hotel and a third one outside waiting in the car………and nobody realized !!!!!

The hotel entrance and the area is very bad and there is no kind of security during the day.

The worst experience in our life

Our room was upgraded when we arrived because I am a priority club member. As a priority club member, check in is very fast, just sign and go. Also, as a priority club member, they had a mini box of chocolates for my wife and I.

The room felt very comfortable.

The hotel was under extensive repair. It was okay for one night. The toilet would not stop running. They have a very helpful desk crew.

They gave directions to the few eating places available.

It was only for one night. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

They treated us like our stay was important to them even though it just one night.

I liked the bar they had downstairs. We met some really nice people and that was a highlight of the weekend.

I had a good time.

I liked the service. I enjoyed the courteous employees and I liked the cleanliness.
