Clean, and there was free bottled water.Sort of a small room. A little hard to find. Overall, very satisfied for the price. Had an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, very clean and a welcome surprise.

I just think this hotel in Medford is expensive for a Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express hotels should cost about seventy to eighty dollars per night. This hotel costs well over a hundred dollars per night. It was very expensive for a lower end hotel.

As soon as we gave our name they had everything ready for us. They always give us a newspaper in the morning right at our door. The day we check out they leave a receipt under our door so that we have a no hassle check out.
